This permit allows collection, possession and transportation of marine organisms (Stipulated under section 9.2 of permit no RES2025-52) for the purpose of teaching and/or research subject to the provisions and regulations of the following laws:

1. The indigenous Alga blooms samples from these marine water samples to which the permission pertains may be utilized solely for non-commercial research
objectives as defined in the permit and set research by the permit holder.
2. The indigenous Alga blooms to which the letter/permit related may not be utilized for bioprospecting without a previous permit obtained in accordance with NEMBA and the BABS Regulations.
3. The permit prohibits the collection and transportation of the following species:
(i) Rock lobsters
(ii) Oysters
(iii) Abalone species

(iv) Cyclottella sp.
(v) Oxyrrhis marina
(vi) Pseudodiaptomus hessei
(vii) Rhabdosargus holubi
The permit covers collection and transportations of the following species:
